Service Description

Please be advised that the space is to be returned in the condition it was found. Please respect the space and keep it and all the equipment safe, keep all electrical installations and AC unchanged and no drinking on stage as well as it is compulsory for the DJ to remain below the red area of the volume of the mixing deck (no changes can be done on the PA system). Please also respect the surroundings and avoid any noise outside. Doors are to be closed at all times and we kindly ask the organizer(tenant) to communicate this to his guests. There is a smoking area setup at the Highway and it is the responsibility of the organizer(tenant) to make sure that there is no loud talking in front of the studio. After the event people are to evacuate the area in a quick and quiet manner, please advise your guests to call ride share from the highway. It is the responsibility of the organizer(tenant) to monitor and take action to ensure a responsible and sustainable operation of this event space with mutual respect and to the surroundings following all of the points mentioned above. Failing to obey these terms and conditions and any result of this failure is the sole responsibility of the organizer(tenant) and the Up'nDance In da House event space will not be held accountable nor can refunds be issued.
